Description
A cowboy inspired cake made for a client.
At least 8 straight hours spent on this cake (not including making the MM fondant and the icing)
Bad photo and the cake didn't turn out exactly as planned (they usually don't
) but the customer and the man she bought it for loved it, as well as everyone who seen/ate it 
The sheet cake is a homemade strawberry cake with a white chocolate buttercream icing with piped paisleys. The boot is MM fondant as well as belt buckle (the silver thing at the side of the hat that you can't really see), the hat band and the horseshoes on the hat band.
JERRY and HAPPY B-DAY are piped.
The top of the hat is devil's food cake with chocolate buttercream icing (covered in MM fondant) and the brim of the hat is a MM fondant/gumpaste mix.
